Return & Exchanges

Exchange Policy
  1. After a product is sold, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
  2. For exchange requests, please reach us at customercare@gmmimpex.com or call us at +91 8657140263.
  3. Some important points to keep in mind before requesting an exchange: All items must have original tags, must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any/all smells such as that of perfumes, detergents or deodorants.

We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used.

  1. ⁠The Customer will have to pay250 in case of all exchanges.
  2. The Customer must courier the original product back to us within 2 days from Date of Delivery at GMM Impex Private Limited, 4th Floor, GMF House, Plot No 606, Makwana Road, Marol, Andheri - East, Mumbai - 400059.
  3. At the time of requesting for an exchange, please inform us for the new garment/size change that you require.
  4. No credits against exchange will be held by GMM Impex for more than 5 working days.

- If we are not informed of the product required in exchange of the original purchase within 5 working days of sending the original garment back, the exchange will be considered void.

Returns/Refunds


GMM Impex (visaah.com) does not entertain return/refund requests under any circumstances.

Sale/Custom Orders


For all sale/discount orders, GMM Impex (visaah.com) does not offer any returns/refunds or exchanges. For all Custom Orders, return/refund or exchange requests would not be entertained.

Tampered Product

  1. Please do not accept the parcel, if it appears to have been tampered with.
  2. If the goods inside are tampered, please make a video of the same and share it with us within 72 hours from date of delivery.
  3. No requests of this nature would be entertained after a lapse of 72 hours.
